WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

  • We apologize if you didn’t like our jewelry in person. Requests for returns and exchange are on a case to case basis. We will first look into the situation before taking your request. Nevertheless, give us an email on what happened, together with your order number and a clear photo of the item via cs@suarezweddingrings.com. Kindly send us the email on Mondays to Saturdays, from 9AM to 6PM, to make sure that we reply to your inquiry ASAP.

HOW LONG IS YOUR WARRANTY PERIOD?

  • Our warranty period is within 30 days upon receipt of the item. Send us a photo of the defective product, and capture the situation via a descriptive explanation of what went wrong. From here, we will advise you on the succeeding things to do.

WHAT WOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?

  • Oh no! The jewelry must have been damaged when it was delivered to you. Don’t worry. Just contact us within 7 days upon receipt of the item so we can cater to your inquiry better. Tell us what happened, and send us a photo of the item. Allow us a moment to compose a reply to your email hereon. If we see that it really is a defect, we will send you a new one completely free of charge.

WHAT WOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

  • That must have felt terrible! We sincerely apologize for that. Please send us an email through contact cs@suarezweddingrings.com so we can fix this unfortunate error right away.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

  • We usually let you choose another beautiful and stunning design with the same price or higher from your original order. But if this does not work out okay for you, do not worry because we will still help you! Just please extend your patience and give us an ample amount of time to solve the situation for you.
