- We like to move itwith LBC for shipments in the Philippines. The world is our time for international shipments via FedEx!
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS OPTIONS?
- Your home address.We may ship it straight to your doorstep.
- Your office.If no one is available to receive the parcel at your house, we may send us to your office address.
- Any LBC branch.Hesitant to give your full address? No problem. Just indicate your preferred LBC branch at the shipping address and we’ll send it there for pick-up (for delivery within the country).
- Any Odysseus Suarez Wedding Rings Branch.Just head over to our Branches Page to locate the nearest Odysseus Suarez Wedding Rings branch in your area and we will ship your order there for easy pick-up.
HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?
- For customers within Cebu, NO SHIPPING FEEneeded for pick up at any of the following Cebu branches: Ayala Center Cebu, SM City Cebu, and SM Seaside. Just indicate your preferred branch at the Order Page.
- For shipping within the country, the fee is based on the total amount of order,so whether you’re from Batanes or Zamboanga, the rate is the same. We have a special partnership with LBC, in which all items are insured during the delivery process.
- For items delivered internationally, we will base it on the destination or on your shipping method. No need to fret over lost or stolen packages! FedEx will ensure that your packages reach you safe and sound (wink emoji!)
CAN SOMEBODY CLAIM MY ORDER ON MY BEHALF?
- Yes of course! Just let us know in advance if you wish someone other than you will claim your package. Upon claiming, the representative may present a valid ID and a copy of the Acknowledgement Email for verification purposes.
IT’S BEEN “TOO LONG.” WHERE’S MY ORDER?
- We are sorry for the delay. Please send us an email with your order number at cs@suarezweddingrings.com and we will look into this ASAP.
HOW LONG DOES MY SHIPMENT TAKE?
- Our official courier handles all our shipment processes. You can expect your orders to reach you within 2-5 business days for regular days, but lead-time may extend up to 2-3 working weeks during the holidays and peak seasons! Also, no post on Sundays! Delivery resumes on the succeeding working day.
