To Odysseus Suarez Wedding rings, In January of this year, we bought our wedding rings in the shop Suarez Wedding Rings at SM-mall at Cebu. The ordering, the making and delivering\u2026everything went perfect, but we never expected that those rings, later, would make friends. The rings traveled first to the other side of the world, to Belgium, because the wedding was planned on the 13th of this September,2014. On 25 of August the rings flew back to the country. Because of the promotion given by the company, we were the lucky ones to get free prenuptial photo shoot.We never thought that this would be the start of memorable experience working with the official photographers of Odysseus Suarez Rings (Mam Joy and Tam). The photographers gave us a warm and relax feeling so that we really enjoyed the picture taking! But later we were more surprised when we saw the pictures and slide shows as a result of a lot of efforts and work the photographers put in this artwork. We can not say more then to thank everybody, helping us a lot with the preparations of our wedding. We want to thank the designers of our wedding rings because they are so beautiful and reflecting what your company is stating on the website. We will recommend your company to everybody who is interested to look for beautiful weddings rings. We want to thank the photographers again for their kindness and professionalism they exposed during the photo shoot.\u00a0<\/em>

I just want to let everybody know the experience we had with this store. Nothing but a THUMBS UP.! From the quality of the rings we purchased to a great customer service from the people who helped us.. And yeah.. Not to mention how fast they fulfilled our request. We were at Robinson\u2019s mall Iloilo when we came across to their booth. There was a wedding exhibit. We weren\u2019t really planning to get our rings there(Philippines) but a nice lady approached us( I can\u2019t remember her name). She gave us a quote and the information about everything we need to know. Couple days after, We went to visit their location at SM CITY and WOW! More selection to choose from..But of course still end up looking at the same rings from the exhibit(we just fell in love with it\ud83d\ude0d).We didn\u2019t order that day yet tho. Anyways, our flight back to the US is Thursday and that Monday, my fianc\u00e9 asked me to go the mall. He didn\u2019t tell me we are gonna order the rings.\ud83d\ude33Well, it was a surprise!!!! To make the story short..the rings was ordered Monday and OMG.It\u2019s ready to be picked up Wednesday afternoon(coming from Cebu).How awesome is that.?! I would recommend Odysseus Suarez Wedding rings to those who are looking for a nice engagement rings and wedding ring sets.! The customer service experience was top of the line. No pressure from the associates and they listen to what we\u2019re looking for and answer all the questions we have\u2026 They exceed our expectations. I found Saurez Wedding Rings online. I live in Houston,Texas and my GF lives in Cebu City. I called them\u00a0to order an engagement ring on August 4th,2015. I asked the if there was a possibility that they could have\u00a0my specially made diamond engagement ring ready for pick up on August 6th,2015 which is Jovelyn\u2019s birthday.<\/em><\/p>\n

I was thrilled that they put a rush on my order, and agreed to have it ready in time. On August 5th,
\nI asked the Suarez people if someone there could deliver the ring as a surprise birthday present the next day, because I was out of the country. I was very pleased that they were nice enough to agree to help me. The next day, August 6th,2015 the Saurez team went to Jovelyn\u2019s home and knocked on the gate. They announced that they had a cake to deliver..hehe. Jovelyn answered the door and replied \u201d You have the wrong house, no one here ordered a cake.\u201d They then asked \u201cAre you Jovelyn?\u201d Jovelyn replied \u201cyes\u201d, and stepped outside to open gate. Once inside, they handed her a bouquet of red roses, and they showed her the cake. When she asked \u201cfrom whom?\u201d they handed her a special Suarez homemade card, (with a personal note from me inside) asking her to accept my ring as a promise of marriage. Then, they presented her with an elegant Suarez gift bag. She opened the bag and removed a small and very expensive looking Suarez ring box\u2026At once, she opened the box and her face lit up immediately. Fighting back the tears, she slipped the stunning diamond ring upon her finger! It was the happiest day of her life, with tears of joy, a smile on her face, and the best birthday ever. I cannot say thank you enough times to the gracious Saurez team. I am still overwhelmed by the effort and professionalism\u00a0Saurez Wedding Rings has bestowed upon us\u2026.Unbelievable!
